Manuel Ravizza ACA is a cross-functional executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in risk, finance, markets, and regulatory transformation within a global financial institution. They currently hold the position of Director of ESG Transformation at HSBC, where they lead significant programs focused on ESG and climate strategies while embedding financial controls across global functions. Previously, Manuel managed large-scale projects at HSBC, contributing to Brexit and Basel III reforms, and served as Project Manager at IFF Research. They are also pursuing an MEng in Engineering with Business Administration and hold the ACA designation from ICAEW. In their spare time, Manuel enjoys training for bike races.
