Marc Whitworth

Marc Whitworth is the Head of UK Industrial Relations at HSBC, where they lead the UK Industrial Relations portfolio and oversee global matters on behalf of Group Employee Relations. Previously, Marc held key roles including Employee Relations Lead at Transport for London and Director of Employment Policy and Services at the Association of Colleges, managing complex employee relations and negotiating with trade unions. Marc is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with a strong background in human resource management, holding an MSc from the University of Lincoln and a BA (Hons) in English from Leeds Metropolitan University.
