Mari Thorman

Mari Thorman is a highly motivated Director of Programmes and Head of Architecture, currently serving as a Strategy Advisor for the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches and a Strategy Consultant for The Mindfulness Initiative. With a background at HSBC spanning from 2001 to 2004, Mari founded the mindfulness@hsbc network, which has grown to over 2,500 members, and led the successful Mindfulness at HSBC programme. Mari holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Leeds, an MPhil from Bangor University, and mindfulness training from Zenways, reinforcing a strong foundation in both mental health and organizational change.
