Mark Christophersen

Mark Christophersen is currently the Director and Head of Liability Management EMEA at HSBC, where they specialize in pitching and executing liability management transactions for corporate, FIG, and SSA clients. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Consultant at Arch Consulting. Mark has previously held the position of Associate Director in Equity Linked Capital Markets, focusing on the origination and execution of convertible and exchangeable bonds across various European regions. They earned a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
