Mark Ellis

Mark Ellis is currently the Content Operations Manager for EMEA at HSBC, where they streamline content processes to ensure effective communication with 40 million customers. Having begun their career with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, Mark transitioned between IT and marketing roles, including positions as Digital Developer and Digital Content Manager at HSBC. After a sabbatical traveling in South East Asia, Mark joined the Global Content Studio, migrating content across various CMS platforms while overseeing multiple markets and regions.
