Mark Gadsby

Mark Gadsby is a seasoned director leading the Trade Documentation Team at HSBC, bringing over 25 years of experience in investment banking across various roles and asset classes. Gadsby has demonstrated exceptional project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement, specializing in both agile methodologies and structured processes. Previously, Gadsby held pivotal positions at several financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup, managing critical technology projects and initiatives that drove innovation and efficiency. Gadsby co-founded and co-chairs Strive, a volunteer-led employee resource group focused on supporting colleagues from lower socio-economic backgrounds. They earned a B.Eng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Sussex.
