Mark Inglis

Mark Inglis is the COO of Channels Transformation Technology at HSBC, responsible for managing a $600 million investment and overseeing 5,500 resources across 16 sites. With a focus on third-party risk management, finance, and operational governance, they support the Global CIO and CTO. Mark's prior experience includes various senior management roles at HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group, where they demonstrated strong relationship management and strategic financial delivery skills. They earned a PGC in Business & IT from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval Studies from The University of Manchester.
