Mark Jensen is currently the Managing Associate General Counsel for Global Financial Crime Legal Advisory at HSBC, a position held since 2022. Previously, Mark served as Senior Company Counsel at Wells Fargo from 2018 to 2022 and held various roles, including Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2014 to 2018, and Associate Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Mark also briefly worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the D.C. Office of the Attorney General in 2009. Mark earned a B.A. from Bates College and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
