Mark Keep

Mark Keep is currently leading Cloud FinOps Transformation at HSBC, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, Mark served as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager and Digital Platforms Operation Manager at HSBC from 2019 to 2021. Their diverse experience includes positions as a Technical Support Analyst at ITV Studios from 2002 to 2010 and an IT Support Engineer at Ogilvy & Mather from 1998 to 2002. Mark also held the position of Head of End User Services at King's College London for a brief period in 2016-2017 and worked as an IT Project Manager and Desktop Services Team Lead at News Corp from 2012 to 2014.
