Mark Timms

Mark Timms, CFA, is a corporate financing expert currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking for the Midlands and South-West region at HSBC. With a background in law, Timms combines legal training with extensive experience in corporate finance, having worked in various capacities at notable institutions including Barclays and Clydesdale Bank. Timms began their career as a solicitor in the Banking & Finance Department at Pinsent Masons before moving into corporate finance roles across the UK. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
