Martin Allen

Martin Allen is a Cloud Economics and FinOps Governance Lead at HSBC, where they focus on Cloud Financial Management and cost optimization. With extensive experience in Business and IT Transformation, Martin previously held senior roles at companies including Nationwide Building Society, where they led operational planning and performance initiatives, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where they consulted on business transformation for financial services. Martin began their career as an Operational Research Consultant at British Nuclear Fuels, eventually becoming Head of the Operational Research Department. They hold a BSc in Applied Statistics and Operational Research from Keele University and are an APMG International Agile PM Practitioner.
