Martin Richards is currently the Global Head of Climate Tech and Sustainable Finance at HSBC, where they deliver market-leading sustainable finance solutions and support clients' transition ambitions. Previously, Martin held various roles at Bank of America, including Regional Commercial Banking Executive and Commercial Banking Market Executive, achieving significant revenue growth from a diverse client portfolio. With earlier experience as a Senior Consultant for a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary and in healthcare investment banking, Martin has a comprehensive background in banking and finance. They are pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University.
