Marwa Adel has extensive experience in customer service and technical support across various roles. Beginning as a Technical Support Specialist at Xceed from September 2008 to August 2012, important responsibilities included resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Marwa transitioned to HSBC, where from August 2014 to December 2015, the role of Co-Trainer involved training staff and ensuring compliance with service standards. Subsequent positions at HSBC include Executive Customer Service and currently, Customer Relation Executive and Customer Experience Ambassador for Wealth Management and Business Banking, focusing on handling customer complaints and relationship management. Marwa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ain Shams University and has completed several financial compliance courses through HSBC's e-learning program.
