Masud Monwar

Masud Monwar is an HR professional with over 19 years of experience across various multinational companies. Currently the Head of Human Resources at HSBC Mauritius, Masud leads strategic HR initiatives and is part of the Country Leadership Team. Previously, Masud held roles at well-known organizations such as GSK, British American Tobacco, and Nestlé, focusing on business partnering, talent management, and implementation of innovative HR processes. Masud earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Executive MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
