Matlhodi Matsei

Matlhodi Matsei is an economist specializing in Sub-Saharan Africa, with extensive experience in macroeconomic analysis. Matlhodi has worked as an economist at HSBC since 2021, and previously held positions at FNB South Africa, the Development Bank of Southern Africa, and the Bureau for Economic Research. Additionally, Matlhodi contributed as a research intern at Frost & Sullivan and worked as a market researcher for Sanlam Investments. Matlhodi is currently pursuing multiple degrees at Stellenbosch University and the University of Cape Town.
