Matt Allen

Matt Allen is an experienced professional in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Head of IAM Transformation, Strategy & Capability at HSBC since September 2024, Matt has held various positions at Okta, including Director of Services Sales EMEA and EMEA Senior Manager of Professional Services Sales from July 2019 to September 2024. Prior roles include EMEA Engagement and Professional Services Manager at SailPoint, Lead Solution Architect at Courion Corporation, and Senior IAM Consultant at HP Enterprise Security.
