Max Xu

Max (Min) Xu, CFA, is currently the Head of Premier Banking at 汇丰, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Max served as Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at 花旗 from 2017 to 2025, overseeing Consumer Banking sales and distribution in China. Their earlier experience includes roles as Country Business Manager at Citi and Manager at 上海外高桥保税区开发股份有限公司 from 1994 to 1997. Max also worked at Nike as a Senior Business Development Manager from 1997 to 2000 and completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2022.
