Melinda C. Albert, CIPP/E, has extensive legal experience spanning over two decades. Prior to her current role at HSBC, where Melinda served in various capacities including Interim Co-Head of Legal Risk Management Assurance and Associate General Counsel specializing in different banking sectors, Melinda held positions at J.P. Morgan as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, and as Principal Owner at the Law Office of Melinda C. Albert. Melinda's earlier career included serving as an Associate Attorney at DLA Piper and Soloff & Zervanos, P.C. Melinda holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Spanish from Ursinus College.
