Melissa Bacani

Melissa Bacani is the Head of Credit Advisory for South Asia at HSBC Private Bank, where they lead initiatives in debt financing and client solutions. They previously served as the Head of Specialty Financing and COO at Citi Private Bank from 2017 to 2021 and held the position of Director in Capital Markets Origination at Citi Global Markets Limited from 1998 to 2009. As a founding partner of Minka Enterprises LLP, they played a pivotal role from 2011 to 2017. Currently, Melissa is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from the London Business School, and participating in an International MBA Exchange Programme at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
