Melvyn Lloyd

Melvyn Lloyd is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Programme and Project Management, specializing in IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Engineering. Currently serving as the PMO Lead at HSBC, Melvyn is responsible for governance and reporting on transformation investments. Previously, Melvyn held leadership roles at various companies, including overseeing the Enterprise PMO at Electronic Data Systems and managing complex projects at Compaq Computers and EDS Scicon. Melvyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of London.
