Michael Baluka

Michael Baluka is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience as a system analyst and product owner. They worked at Prudential Assurance from 2011 to 2016, where they managed the deployment of a life insurance IT core system and coordinated testing efforts. Subsequently, they served as an IT Senior System Analyst at PZU and later at Altkom Akademia S.A., before progressing to a Senior Business/System Analyst role at IQVIA, where they focused on Big Data and machine learning projects.
