Michael Brannagan

Michael Brannagan is the Head of Trade Client Service, where they currently collaborate with 18 client service teams to provide an industry-leading customer experience across the Asia Pacific, achieving NPS scores consistently above +75. Previously, they held multiple roles including Regional Lead at HSBC, where they expanded client services and improved performance metrics, and served as an Economic Analysis Intern at the US Department of the Treasury. Michael's experience also includes positions at the U.S. Department of State and the Peace Corps, where they engaged in economic development initiatives. Michael earned a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Hillsdale College.
