Michael Kearns

Michael Kearns is a financial services leader currently serving as the Head of Payments Systems and Operations Audit at HSBC. With extensive experience in payments and technology audit, they are responsible for risk assessment and the delivery of the global payments audit plan. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at HSBC as Senior Audit Manager and at KPMG as a Manager in Technology Risk Consulting. They hold a Master of Science in Information Technology from Aston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield. Michael is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
