Michael Martinkovic

Michael Martinkovic joined HSBC in 2003 after completing studies in Finance and Economics. They began their career in Upstate New York but primarily worked in New York City before relocating to London in 2018. With over a decade of experience in sales and leadership, they transitioned into COO roles, gaining a broad range of expertise in both Commercial and Retail banking. Currently, Michael serves as the Global Head of Wholesale Transformation at HSBC and has previously held positions as the Chief Operating Officer for both Continental Europe and UK Commercial Banking. Outside of work, Michael enjoys family time and exploring new cultures and cuisines across Europe with their partner Yineth.
