Michael Schroeter

Michael Schroeter currently serves as Co-Head of Sustainable Healthcare Equity at HSBC since January 2021, while also being a Founding Partner at VIOPAS Partners focused on sustainable healthcare investments since October 2018. Previously, at Roche from 2010 to October 2018, Michael held roles including Head of Personalized Reimbursement Models and Global Head of Academic Alliances, where responsibilities included developing value-based pricing strategies and managing strategic partnerships. Prior experience at Eli Lilly and Company from 2000 to 2010 involved roles such as COO of the Lilly Singapore Center for Drug Discovery and Managing Director of Lilly Systems Biology Singapore. Michael co-founded Apotech SA in 1996, specializing in research reagent development, and possesses an M.B.A. from IMD, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Lausanne, and a Master's Degree from the University of Basel.
