Michal Tilo

Michal Tilo is the Head of Compliance and MLRO at HSBC Israel, where they have been since 2016, leading compliance efforts in the banking sector. With over 14 years of experience in compliance and regulation, Michal previously served as Head of Compliance and Regulations at WAYERZ and held multiple roles at U-BANK Ltd. FIBI Group, including Compliance Officer and Deputy Director of the Organization and Methods Department. Michal holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar College, earned in 2006, and possesses extensive knowledge of global regulations, including AML/CFT and FATCA.
