Michelle Kwok is the Managing Director and Head of HK Equity Research, as well as the Regional Head of Real Estate Research at HSBC. Michelle began their career as a Research Associate focusing on US commercial real estate at Raymond James from 2006 to 2007. They then served as a Real Estate Analyst and progressed to leadership roles within HSBC from 2007 to 2016. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The George Washington University and a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University. Michelle has received multiple accolades, including the Thomson Reuters StarMine award and recognition as the Best Analyst for Real Estate in the Asiamoney Brokers Poll in both 2019 and 2020.
