Milena Ceceña

Milena Ceceña has extensive experience in regulatory reporting and financial analysis. They served as the Senior Manager of Regulatory Reporting at HSBC since 2025 and previously held multiple positions at the Instituto para la Protección al Ahorro Bancario (IPAB) from 2013 to 2019, including the role of Director General Adjunto de Seguimiento de Instituciones y Análisis B. Milena holds a Licenciatura in Actuaria and a Master's degree in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, which they completed between 2007 and 2018.
