Mitra Janes

Mitra Janes is currently the Diversity & Inclusion Lead for GBM and CMB at HSBC, where they focus on advancing inclusion initiatives within the organization. Previously, they served as the Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at RSA and the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at DLA Piper, leading global D&I strategies and engaging with executive leadership on progress and compliance. Recognized as one of the top diversity champions globally, Mitra has a robust background in HR and a proven ability to build relationships and influence change across all levels of an organization. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
