Moinuddin Ahamed

Moinuddin Ahamed is currently the Vice President and Manager of Risk and Control in the Chief Control Office of Digital Business Services at HSBC. They have held various roles within HSBC, including Vice President and Head of the Contact Centre, and have extensive experience in banking operations, customer services, and risk management. Moinuddin began their career at HSBC in 2002 and has consistently focused on enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance across multiple branches. They earned a Postgraduate Diploma from the Bangladesh Institute of Management in 1994.
