Mona AlSabeg

Mona AlSabeg, MSc, possesses extensive experience in public relations, corporate culture, and human resources management. Initially serving as Public Relations Supervisor and later as General Director Assistant at Al-Nahda Philanthropic Society for Women, Mona successfully managed official visits and communication campaigns. At MOSAIC COMPANY, leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team of over 50 members for real estate events. Mona's subsequent roles at SAB included Senior Corporate Culture Manager and Head of Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Performance Management. Currently, Mona serves on the Board of The Saudi Pentathlon Federation and as Head of Learning and Talent at HSBC on a short-term assignment while maintaining an active role within the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Academic achievements include an HR Executive Suite from Harvard Business School Executive Education, a Bachelor's degree in English Translation, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University.
