Monique Simons

Monique Simons is the Director of Business Performance for HSBC Bermuda Wholesale Bank, where they support all commercial business lines in achieving business, financial, and risk management objectives. Monique previously held various roles at HSBC, including Customer Experience Manager and Payments and Cash Management Sales Associate, and also worked as a Regional Business Development Manager at the Black Business Initiative. Earlier in their career, Monique served as a Store Manager at ALDO Group. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Dalhousie University.
