Morgan Cross is a financial accounting and projects lead with extensive experience in risk management and finance integration. They served as Vice President of Front Office Risk & Control at NatWest Markets from 2016 to 2019, where they developed a global Conflicts of Interest Framework and engaged with C-level executives on risk analysis and reporting. Following this, they worked as Senior Finance Integration Manager at SABB during the post-merger integration of SABB and Alawwal Bank from 2019 to 2021.
