Moustafa Raouf is the Regional Head of Learning for MENAT, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in Employee Benefits Design and Human Resources. They previously held key positions at HSBC, including Rewards Manager and Head of Human Resources, where they managed compensation strategies, pay review cycles, and employee performance programs. Moustafa earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University. They also have experience as a Recruitment Specialist at JOBMASTERS, where they handled client relations and candidate assessments.
