Mridula Shukla has extensive experience in compliance, governance, and risk management across major financial institutions. At American Express from 2003 to January 2007, Mridula Shukla served in various roles, including Control and Compliance Analyst, Quality Analyst and Test Manager, Process and Re-engineering Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on compliance risk assessment, quality assurance, process improvement, and project management. Following this, Mridula Shukla held Vice President positions at HSBC, where responsibilities included strengthening governance frameworks and conducting bank-wide reviews on financial crime risk, and at J.P. Morgan, leading risk assessments and control evaluations. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in English Honours from Delhi University, obtained from 1995 to 1998.
