Mudit Tayal

Mudit Tayal possesses extensive experience in the finance and compliance sectors, beginning as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers from August 2007 to November 2008, focusing on Equity Product Control in Capital Market Prime Services. Mudit then moved to UBS Investment Bank, serving as Associate Director in Compliance from November 2008 to March 2015, overseeing central compliance, employee compliance, trade surveillance, and mandatory training. Since April 2017, Mudit has been Whole Time Director and member of the Board of Directors at HSBC Securities and Capital Markets India, along with a Non-Executive Board Member role at HSBC NBFC since August 2025. In October 2024, Mudit held the position of Chief Risk Officer and Entity Manager, responsible for overall risk and compliance management, and also served as Chief Compliance Officer for HSBC Securities & Capital Markets, advising on various compliance matters.
