Muhammad Ariful Azam possesses extensive experience in financial analysis, risk management, and corporate credit assessment, primarily with HSBC from 2004 to 2013. Starting as an Officer in the Financial Analysis Unit, Muhammad led teams in credit assessments and risk management of institutional banking proposals. Progressing to Manager roles, responsibilities expanded to wholesale credit risk management, corporate credit approvals, and collaboration with regional teams. As Senior Manager, engagement with strategy and local teams enhanced credit assessment processes. Muhammad's expertise also includes special asset management and developing solutions for corporate portfolios, aiming to optimize recoveries and minimize losses. Muhammad holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Dhaka.
