Muhammad Imran, CFA, is an investment banker with over 15 years of experience in leveraged finance, project finance, and corporate finance across North America, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. Currently a Director in Investment Banking at HSBC, they have successfully closed over 40 transactions valued at more than $35 billion, with extensive expertise in sectors such as power, utilities, transport, and renewables. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at PwC Canada and VP at Samba Financial Group, where they significantly contributed to high-value project finance and M&A transactions. Muhammad holds an MSc in Finance and Econometrics from Queen Mary, University of London, and a BSc in Financial Economics from London Metropolitan University.
