Nan Su has extensive experience in regulatory reporting and risk management within the banking sector. Starting at Lloyds Bank as an Assistant Manager in Credit Risk Reporting, Nan Su produced and analyzed various regulatory returns. Moving to the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Nan Su served as Regulatory Reporting Manager, focusing on market risk and operational risk returns. At HSBC, Nan Su held multiple positions, including Head of ALCM and Regulatory Reporting in Luxembourg, where responsibilities included managing capital and liquidity risk. Currently, Nan Su is the Group Treasury Liquidity Risk Manager at HSBC, overseeing regulatory RWA submissions and leading a team. Nan Su holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
