Naomi Khaldi

Naomi Khaldi is a seasoned Head of Testing and Quality Assurance with extensive experience in IT Services and Global Delivery Management within Fintech environments. They have held leadership roles at prominent organizations, including Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty and HSBC, where they focused on quality assurance, delivery, and release management across the banking and insurance sectors. Currently, as a Quality Assurance Program Manager at HSBC, Naomi continues to enhance testing strategies and processes. With a strong background in managing substantial budgets and leading cross-functional teams, they have successfully driven organizational and process transformations throughout their career. Naomi is also pursuing an AIFS in Finance from ifs School of Finance.
