Neil Fleming

Neil Fleming is a seasoned communications leader currently serving as the Head of Group Media & Executive Communications at HSBC. With over a decade of experience in media relations, Neil has previously held key roles in the Labour Party, where they managed high-profile press operations and devised successful media strategies during politically sensitive times. Notably, they led the communications efforts during the 2017 UK Parliamentary General Election, contributing to a regarded election campaign. Neil started their career as a Parliamentary Researcher for Hilary Armstrong MP before advancing through various strategic communications positions. They hold a BA in Economics & Politics from the University of Leeds.
