NgaChing CHAM

NgaChing Cham is currently the Director of Foreign Exchange at HSBC, responsible for formulating group risk management strategies and overseeing their implementation. They have also held the position of Director of Risk Management at HSBC, where they assist clients with financial services and foreign exchange queries. Previously, NgaChing served as the Head of Client Management at HSBC UK, designing client management frameworks that significantly improved client satisfaction and reduced revenue attrition. NgaChing holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Law from the National University of Singapore and a bachelor's degree in International Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
