Ngoc Le is a Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC Vietnam, bringing extensive experience in the law practice industry with a strong focus on FinTech, international banking and finance law, and corporate governance. They previously held positions as Legal Counsel at BAT and as a Legal Associate at Baker McKenzie. Ngoc began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Frasers Law Company and contributed to significant research as a FinTech Research Assistant at Queen Mary University of London. They earned a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Law from Ho Chi Minh University of Law.
