Nicolas Clénet

Nicolas Clénet is the Deputy Head of People Capability at HSBC Continental Europe, where they have held various leadership roles since 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Barclays, Crédit Agricole, and CCF as a Chargé de clientèle, and they served as Sous Directeur d'agence at HSBC France from 2003 to 2006. Nicolas also held managerial positions in performance management, sales coaching, and wealth transformation during their tenure at HSBC. They began their professional journey as Chef de Peloton in the 2e Régiment de Hussards from 1991 to 1993 and graduated from SKEMA Business School in 1991.
