Nicolas Vauclair is the Chief Risk Officer for Trust and Fiduciary Services (Global) and Head of Risk Management for Global Private Banking (Asia). Previously, Vauclair held significant roles at HSBC, including Regional Head of Operational Risk and Global Chief Risk Officer for Private Wealth Solutions from 2015 to 2018. Before joining HSBC, Vauclair worked as a Financial Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Merger & Acquisition Analyst at Frenger International Ltd in 2005. Vauclair holds a Diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from KEDGE Business School.
