Nina Lee currently serves as the Global Head of People Capability for Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC, where responsibilities include leading talent management and learning initiatives. Lee also contributes as a Career Coach and Executive Mentor for The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, partaking in the Professional Mentorship Scheme. In addition, Lee is involved with The Women's Foundation as part of the 30% Club Hong Kong, promoting the inclusion of women on corporate boards.
