Nina Lee

Nina Lee currently serves as the Global Head of People Capability for Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC, where responsibilities include leading talent management and learning initiatives. Lee also contributes as a Career Coach and Executive Mentor for The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, partaking in the Professional Mentorship Scheme. In addition, Lee is involved with The Women's Foundation as part of the 30% Club Hong Kong, promoting the inclusion of women on corporate boards. Appointed to the Advisory Board at Lingnan University, Lee offers expertise to the Master Programme in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Previously, Lee held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank, BSH Home Appliances Group, Accenture, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, demonstrating extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University.
