Prior to this, Nura held various roles at Measat Broadcast Network Systems, including Change Management Analyst and Customer Service Supervisor, where they enhanced operational processes and managed customer service teams. With a strong leadership approach, Nura has successfully managed high-profile projects, demonstrating a proven ability to align with senior management and deliver results in fast-paced environments. They also served as Assistant Vice President at HSBC Electronic Data Processing from 2003 to 2013, leading project teams in global migrations and ensuring optimized capacity planning. Nura completed their education at Assunta Secondary School in Petaling Jaya from 1989 to 1993.
