Olga De Tapia

Olga De Tapia is an experienced professional in the asset management industry, currently serving as the Global Head of ETFs & Indexing Sales and the Global Head of Portfolio Advisory & OCIO Sales at HSBC Asset Management. With a strong passion for ETFs, Olga has previously held significant roles at companies like BlackRock, where they promoted ETFs and managed emerging market debt products, and BNP Paribas Asset Management, focusing on product management and client services. Olga began their career as a Financial Controller at Eni and earned an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Additionally, Olga currently holds a position as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of HSBC ETF plc and HSBC Funds ICAV.
