Oliver Taylor

Oliver Taylor is a Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC and has extensive experience in the finance and legal sectors. Previously, Oliver worked as a Solicitor at BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank, providing legal advice on projects such as the Banking Reform Act and the End to End Credit Chain Contracting. At Lloyds Banking Group, Oliver served as the Senior Lawyer for the Consumer Finance ring-fencing project and contributed to the Acquisition Finance Team. Oliver began their career at Clifford Chance LLP, where they specialized in banking law and cross-border finance. Oliver holds a B.A. in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and is currently pursuing a course in Sustainable Finance at the University of Oxford.
