Olivia Nicklin

Olivia Nicklin is the Global Head of ESG Data Capability at HSBC, where they currently lead initiatives in sustainable finance. Previously, they served as a Director in EY’s Banking Technology, focusing on Corporate, Commercial, and SME Banking, and completed a Global Residency role that involved strategic development for clients. With extensive experience in transformation programs and a background in financial services, Olivia has held positions at Ernst & Young and Sapient Global Markets. They are pursuing an Honours degree in Law at Oxford Brookes University and a postgraduate diploma in Financial Economics at Royal Holloway, University of London.
